Planning your event

A few details,
before you inquire.

Start a conversation

Can I inquire before choosing a venue?

Yes. Choose ‘Not sure yet’ in the inquiry form and share what you have in mind. You can add a preferred date and estimated guest count if you know them.

Can I ask about a site visit?

Include your request in ‘Anything else?’ under ‘Add event details’. Mention which venues you would like to see and any dates you have in mind.

What about catering and event services?

Each venue page lists facilities and service options. In your inquiry, describe any catering, AV, furniture or other requirements so they can be discussed for your event.

Does an inquiry reserve a venue?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation about your event; it does not reserve a venue or confirm availability.
